DevOps Engineer - Softregent Technologies

We are looking for a qualified DevOps Engineer to join our IT team.

Ensure success in migrating applications, software and services on the Cloud platforms.
Design, enhance, build and maintain automated deployment and orchestration of infrastructure (CI/CD).
Leverage open technology such as Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Git, Jenkins, Linux, AWS/GCP Cloud.
Take charge of DevOps activities for CI/CD with the latest tech stacks.
Evaluate new technology options and vendor products.
Devise multi-region technical solutions, with the possibility of onsite assignments.
Writing automation scripts in python scripts/ Shell scripts/ Powershell scripts.

Ready to travel onsite as per company’s client requirements.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in CS or a related field, or equivalent experience
0 – 5 years of experience
To use of Docker containers
Experience of orchestration platforms e.g. Kubernetes, Mesos, Swarm, etc
Experience of building out Cloud-based infrastructure like AWS, GCP, Azure
Infrastructure-As-Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation
Experienced in using source control technologies like Git, Bitbucket, Svn, VSTS etc.
Exposure to Agile approaches, including SCRUM and more agile engineering disciplines (continuous integration, test driven development etc.) will be a distinct advantage
CI/CD(Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
Skills: Strong scripting (e.g. Shell, Python) and automation skills
Operating Systems: Windows and Linux system administration
Monitoring Tools: Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, Icinga)
Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues
Excellent verbal and written communication
